This is a beginner friendly workshop that guides participants through the process of creating functional and decorative placemats using a fused technique. We will use fusible interfacing with a preprinted 2.5 inch grid.
Whether you’re a beginner or just looking for a fun project, this workshop is for you. Grab your fabric scraps or chosen fabrics and let’s create some stunting placemats.
Supply and list:
240 - 2 1/2" scrapy squares for 4 placemats
1 1/4 yard backing
12" x 16" piece of fabric
2 1/2" printed squares fusible web (you can buy this in yardage)
Neutral thread
Sewing machine
Scissors
Jack (just in case)
